3. Nature of the provision

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the transmission of data:
- with respect to the purposes referred to in point 2 letter a), c), d) is optional but refusal will make it impossible for the Firm to carry out the same purposes.
- with respect to the purposes referred to in point 2 letter b) is also optional and their use is conditional on the issue of an explicit consent. Any refusal will make it impossible for the Firm to send newsletters and advertising material or invitations to events and initiatives of the Firm.

4. Modalities and times of data retention

The data collected will be processed by electronic or automated, computerized or telematic means, or by manual processing with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data was collected and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security of the same. The data is stored for a time strictly necessary for management of the purposes for which the data is collected in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations.

The processing of the data collected is carried out directly by the owner of the Firm and in compliance with current legislation.

The data collected, if necessary or instrumental to the execution of the indicated purposes, may be processed by third parties appointed as external data processors, or, as the case may be, communicated to them as independent data controllers, namely
- professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to our Firm, for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter d).
